This role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive, team‑oriented environment. You will train with our proven system and provide exceptional cleaning services to clients. The role is full‑time with no nights, weekends or holidays.

$16.00/hr – $22.00/hr (minimum $16.00/hr, up to $800.00 per week). You can also earn tips and drive a company car if you have a valid driver’s license.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process to delight every customer and communicate with them in a friendly, professional manner.
• If acting as a team lead, manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment, and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies.

Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour; earning up to $800.00 per week. All supplies, training, appointment scheduling, uniform, and company car provided. Advancement opportunities available.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check completed.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
