• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gaittraining, and functional mobility activities
• Monitorpatient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and proper mobilitytechniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6months of recent PTA experience within the last 5 years preferred
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility orgeriatric setting is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
