Join Five Below as a Seasonal Sales Associate. We’re looking for energetic team members who embrace our purpose and bring a positive, customer‑focused attitude to the store.

• Greet and assist customers promptly, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.
• Understand customer needs through product knowledge, answer questions, direct them to merchandise, and offer recommendations while staying informed on product availability.
• Promote store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, turning returns into exchanges when possible and maintaining a courteous tone.
• Communicate merchandise restocking needs and customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Support the team to achieve store and company goals, fostering a positive work environment.

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Can handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

• Frequently operate the cash register.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove items up to a height of 5‑10 feet.
• Use ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Perform kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping duties in the stock room and sales floor.
• Exchange information with customers over the phone and in person, ensuring accuracy.
• Move across the sales floor to assist customers and retrieve/put away merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include travel as required.
• Interpret email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts and associate schedules.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for at least 80% of the time.
