Sales Consultant - Outdoor Lighting

Trimlight San Diego is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Specialist based in Santee, CA, with a competitive base salary plus commission and on-target earnings of $82,000 to $100,000 or more annually. You will drive revenue growth across two product lines, selling Trimlight permanent LED roofline lighting systems and custom landscape lighting solutions to commercial and high-end residential clients throughout the San Diego area.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential markets.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess rooflines, architecture, and outdoor environments.
• Design and quote customized Trimlight installations, including channel runs, controller placement, and programmable scenes.
• Design custom landscape lighting systems incorporating up lighting, downlighting, pathway, accent, and security fixtures.
• Demonstrate the Trimlight app, programmable features, and year-round use cases during client meetings.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, property managers, and homeowners, and attend networking events and trade shows to generate leads.
