- Direct all work activities performed at the sales lot.

- Proven business management experience
- Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry rules and regulations

- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Degree or degree candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar fields preferred, but not required
- Currently resides in or around Sapulpa, OK and has land opportunities
