ResponsibilitiesYour objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six month timeframe an achievement typically requiring up to a year. You are a trailblazer prepared to challenge conventions and redefine the benchmarks of achievement in the supplemental insurance industry. As you cultivate and expand your market presence, your role will transition to that of a mentor, imparting your strategies for success to new team members.

- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle - 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
