The successful candidate will direct all work activities performed at the sales lot, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction and proper dealership operation, and take a hands-on approach.

• Proven business management experience
• Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations

• Degree or degree candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar fields preferred, but not required
• Currently resides in or around Sapulpa, OK and has land opportunities
