Sales Associate – Recreational Vehicles

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar, or easily learn, Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
• To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturday's

Previous sales experience is not required, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.

• Base Monthly Salary and Commission for Sales
• Health insurance is availabe
• Sick Days/ Personal Days= 3 days received annually after onboarding
• Paid time off= 5 paid holidays
• New Years, 4 th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
• Paid Vacation- 1 week paid vacation after one year anniversary date
• 2 weeks after two years
• 3 weeks after five years
