Job Summary: To maintain a high standard of alertness, responsibility, and confidentiality. Works well with supervisors under all conditions required by the nature of the operation.
Starting Pay: $15.75 per hour
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (5 days a week)

- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Maintain an acceptable level of AP and Security awareness at assigned store.
- Direct and ensure an orderly shopping environment.
- Directly oversee and monitor merchandise rotations throughout the day to ensure adherence to company purchase and safety policies.
- Raise security awareness and understanding to an acceptable level.
- Prepare daily logs, reports and case summaries to document investigations.
- Obtain and analyze information on suspects, crimes, and disturbances in order to solve cases, identify criminal activity, and gather information.
- Observe and document activities of individuals to detect unlawful acts or obtain evidence for cases, using still or video cameras.
- Act as a liaison between assigned store management, security, Human Resources, Safety, and/or the local police department as appropriate and directed.
- Be familiar with on‑site emergency procedures, first aid supplies and equipment.
- Expected to remain vigilant and attentive while on duty.
- Foot patrol and routine check of all doors entering the building is required for some security posts.
- Able to act under pressure with a high standard of protection for property and human life.
- Able to work well and professionally with Management when situations arise.
- Ensure proper maintenance of uniforms and maintain a professional appearance.
- Able to follow all security instructions posted at each security location.
- In the absence of his/her supervisor, follows, enforces and provides training to ensure that all safety rules and regulations are followed; completes and submits any necessary forms and/or reports immediately, within 2 hours, when an incident occurs.
- Administers First Aid and CPR if required.
- Reviews and is familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adheres to all safety rules, regulations and codes; attends safety training and meetings and is responsible for reporting accidents or injuries immediately.
- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Unarmed Cleet License issued by the State of Oklahoma, required.
- Must pass OSBI/DOC background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

- CPR and First Aid certifications
