Location: Saraland, AL
Position: Physical Therapist (DPT/PT/RPT) – Home Health (PRN)
Compensation: Up to $120 per evaluation, 2 units per visit
Job Type: PRN (Per Diem)

Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting.
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
- Use own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- New graduate applicants accepted; experienced therapists especially in hospice patients welcomed.
- Actively licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Alabama.
Flexible scheduling; PRN therapists can accept or decline cases based on availability. Opportunities to work in ALF and residential home settings. Higher pay rates for PRN work with no benefits such as PTO or health insurance. Weekend and holiday shifts may carry premium pay rates.
