Farmers Insurance District 50-05 is growing across Alabama. This hybrid role allows you to serve clients in Saraland, AL and surrounding areas
, while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship at our district office in Mobile
. With 95+ years of brand strength and the University of Farmers® training program, we prepare you for long‑term success.

• Work with local families and businesses to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance.
• Participate in district‑led training sessions in Mobile.
• Build a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service and policy support.

• Must obtain Alabama P&C and Life/Health licenses (sponsorship provided).
• Customer service or sales background preferred.
• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive.

• Base pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.
• Award‑winning University of Farmers® training.
• District mentorship preparing you for agency ownership within 6‑12 months.
• Hybrid schedule: local flexibility with Mobile district support.
