Join one of Coastal Alabama’s largest and most trusted Allstate agencies. We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Specialist to guide families through insurance decisions and grow our agency.

• Impress clients with exceptional service—both in-person and by phone
• Listen attentively to clients’ needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication
• Proactively contact existing clients to review policies and uncover opportunities for additional coverage
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

• Insurance experience a plus, but not required.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire
• Customer service and/or sales experience helpful, but not required
• Self‑motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently
• Strong follow‑through, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems
