Senior Accounting Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in industrial machinery, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to work closely with plant leadership providing financial support and ensuring accuracy in reporting. The Senior Accounting Manager will be instrumental in the company's month-end close process, financial reporting, and compliance with US GAAP.

• Execute and oversee the month-end close process
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Assist with corporate accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Support the transition to Epicor ERP (experience with Epicor is a plus but not required)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency

• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment, CPA or CMA preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
