What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage daily financial entries, invoicing, and customer payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Process payroll and assist with quarterly and year-end reporting.
  • Keep Quick Books (or similar accounting software) organized and accurate.
  • Maintain detailed records of expenses, budgets, and job costing.
  • Assist the owner and office team with financial planning and vendor management.
  • Handle basic HR recordkeeping and help keep the office running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Quick Books, Excel/Google Sheets, and accounting basics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in a home services, construction, or seasonal business.
  • Familiarity with job costing and project-based accounting.
  • Prior experience working in a small business setting.
