Cohen Vaughan seeks a talented Receptionist & File Clerk to join its Sarasota office. This position requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to take on diverse responsibilities. Qualified candidates will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, a high level of accuracy in meeting deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Legal experience is preferred but not necessarily required with appropriate, transferrable skills. The salary is competitive and based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Open & intake of all new files that are received.
- Filing.
- Scanning closed files for archive.
- Supporting the attorneys, paralegal, and legal assistants with various administrative tasks.
- Document preparation.
- Support additional initiatives and tasks as required.
