Job Responsibilities and Requirements
As aFamily Practice Physicianyou will be responsible for planning and implementation of the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols. Provide primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team.
Additional responsibilities and requirements for theFamily Practice Physicianinclude:
- Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
- Outpatient Phone call
- LWR Call Group 1/10
- Sarasota Call Group 1/30
- Inpatient Call (Optional)
- 1 to 3 nights per month
- 22-25patients per day
- Board Certified in Family Practice required
- Residents will be considered
