Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Civil Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of educational, sports, and other land/site development projects. The Civil Project Manager will be the primary contact for client interactions and responsible for the quality and execution of projects involving grading, drainage, water systems, wastewater, and roadways.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of industry experience, with Florida land development experience preferred but not required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Florida.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and industry software like Storm Wise, Storm
CAD, Water
CAD. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of land development codes, environmental regulations, and construction processes.
