Certified Medical Assistant (Part-Time)

Are you passionate about helping others find the root cause of illness? We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing, integrative medical practice. Working alongside a leading cardiologist, you’ll be part of a dynamic, compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care through natural and integrative therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between front and back office, assisting with both administrative and clinical duties
• Provide support to patients and medical team while ensuring smooth office operations
• Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical records
• Handle scheduling, phone calls, and patient communication with professionalism
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of patient information in electronic medical records

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for patient care
• Flexibility with schedule and willingness to learn new skills
• A heart for natural and integrative therapies is a must!
