We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to support our growing group practice in Sarasota, Florida, on a part-time schedule (3 days per week).

Role Overview

• Schedule:
  
  part-time, 3 days per week, Monday through Friday
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in short-term units
• Complete documentation remotely using a provided iPad or laptop within 48 hours of patient visits

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted PMHNP license
• Active Florida license
• Active DEA
• Minimum 1 year of PMHNP experience
• Local candidates only
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $82,597 to $99,116 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
