Hidden Oasis Tiki Bar is looking for a friendly, dependable bartender who makes every guest feel welcome. Bring your cocktail skills, positive energy, and a passion for taking care of people—we’ll bring the island vibe.
Hospitality is essential. We’re looking for someone who notices the details, anticipates guests’ needs, and makes people feel like regulars from their first visit.
Behind the bar, you will welcome guests with warm, attentive service; prepare tropical favorites and classic cocktails consistently; help guests explore the menu; keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked; handle orders and payments accurately; check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly; and support your team during busy shifts.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability needed. Bartending experience preferred.

Position Requirements
Warm guest service and a hospitality-first mindset. Classic cocktail knowledge and an interest in rum and tiki drinks. Strong communication, dependability, teamwork and attention to detail. Responsible alcohol service. Ability to stay composed during busy service. Bartending experience preferred. Must meet applicable age and alcohol service requirements.
