• Provide expert legal guidance on technology-related matters, including software licensing, data privacy, cybersecurity, IP, and AI
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology agreements
• Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory developments in the tech sector
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and IT teams
• Deliver internal training programs on legal and compliance topics
• Manage and liaise with outside counsel as needed
• Develop and support IP protection strategies

Must-Have Skills:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree; top 30% class ranking strongly preferred
• 5+ years of legal experience with a focus on technology-related matters
• Large law firm experience
• Extensive experience with software development agreements and AI agreements
• Familiar with software licensing, data privacy, cybersecurity, and IP law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous in-house or industry experience at a technology-driven company
• Advanced degree or background in engineering, computer science, or related technical field
• Previous experience at a law firm
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
