• Oversee daily operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service quality.
• Manage, train, and schedule employees to maintain productivity and high morale.
• Monitor chemical usage, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Track performance metrics and report results to upper management.
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment.

• Previous management or supervisory experience (car wash or automotive industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic mechanical understanding of car wash equipment is a plus.
