We’re currently seeking a Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our leadership team in Sarasota, Florida
. This position plays a key role in shaping the customer experience, guiding each sale through financing, titling, and protection products while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer care.

As the F&I Manager, you’ll lead the dealership’s Finance and Insurance Department
, working closely with the Sales and General Manager to ensure financial performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and lenders to expand financing options.
• Oversee all dealership closings and maximize profitability through backend products.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State F&I regulations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to structure and close deals effectively.
• Represent the dealership at offsite events such as demo days or community gatherings.
• Contribute to staff development through training on products, compliance, and customer service.

• Proven success in a Finance & Insurance role within a powersports or automotive dealership

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to transparency, accuracy, and high performance

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-driven environment

• Knowledge of Federal and State F&I compliance requirements
