We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• Assist with administration of returned goods and warranty system (RMAs).
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform dimensional inspection using but not limited to CMM, Optical Comparator, Calipers, Analytical Scales, Microscope and plug gages.
• Use SPC software to determine trends affecting production.
• Incoming inspections.
• Support quality at the source and lean manufacturing activities.
• Perform system audits.
• Know the Quality Policy and Procedures.
• Mentor Associates in current practices, policies, and procedures.
• Production support. In-process testing.

• High School Diploma or GED; inspection and/or quality assurance experience performing the above essential job functions.
• Read schematics; be able to perform basic math functions and understand basic geometry; basic gage reading knowledge; communicate clearly via written and/or verbal.

• Must have six months’ general manufacturing experience.
• Excellent attendance.
• Must be in good performance commitment standing. (No written warning within 6 months) Job performance currently at a satisfactory rating of a meets or better in all categories.

Production environment, and Quality Lab work environment. Respond to and schedule multiple priorities to satisfy internal and external customer demands, may be called upon to sort and/or contain suspect products, at times may need move product to an isolated area.
