Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our nursing staff. The RN will be responsible for prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care for a group of residents for a designated time frame. Care is provided using therapeutic techniques, nursing process, environment/instrumentation, and other health‑care team members. The RN will be competent to provide resident care according to the specific needs of the population as defined in the unit‑specific addendum.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Florida RN License or a Multistate license
  • BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) – through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
  • Must have a clear background check & AHCA Level 2 screening as well as pass a drug screening
Shift Schedule
  • Full‑Time
    • 3 – Twelve (12) hour shifts per week (rotating weekends)
    • Day Shift: 7 am to 7:30 pm
    • Night Shift: 7 pm to 7:30 am
  • PRN Plan 1: requires a minimum of one shift per pay period, no weekends/holidays required
  • PRN Plan 2: requires a minimum of 48 hours worked per pay period, holiday/weekend shifts required
Compensation & Benefits
  • The hourly rate is determined by years of experience as an RN and internal equity within the organization. Minimum rate starts at $32.50/hr, maximum rate is $51.00/hr.
