LVN​/LPN – Ambulatory Care​/Clinic​/Outpatient

Job Summary:

Assist healthcare providers in an outpatient setting by managing patient prescriptions, authorizations, and relaying results. Support physicians with clinical and administrative tasks in a high-volume office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage patient prescriptions in accordance with physician directives.
• Obtain and process prescription authorizations efficiently.
• Communicate laboratory and diagnostic results to patients accurately.
• Support physicians with immediate add-on procedures and clinical documentation.
• Multi-task across various administrative and clinical duties while maintaining workflow.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure patient care quality.

Qualifications:

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) with relevant state licensure.
• Preferably experienced in a clinical outpatient or office setting.
• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high patient volume and prioritize effectively.
• Proven team player with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinical procedures and documentation.
