Position: Shift Leader

Location: 3800 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida 34239

What a day in the life of a Shift Leader looks like:

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team.
• Set the mood and tone of the team and coach team members.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career – many General Managers started as Shift Leaders.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Must pass a background check as applicable with local, state and federal law
• Must possess or be able to acquire a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire
