HVAC Sales Trainer

PRAXIS S-10 is a success college for business owners. We create the world’s most successful businesses by teaching executives, business building skills and providing their salespeople with selling skills.

Owners, executives, and salespeople travel from across the United States and Canada to our home office located in Waterside Lakewood Ranch located in Sarasota, FL monthly for executive leadership development and HVAC sales training.

Responsibilities
  • Internalize our proven selling system.
  • Teach our proprietary selling system that is guaranteed to deliver results to executives and salespeople.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to identify our clients’ specific challenges and develop a training schedule on how to overcome their selling challenges.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and support to the students you train to ensure maximum performance levels are being achieved.
  • Utilize our performance metrics to measure sales success.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to eight years of sales experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of self-discipline.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to connect with the audience.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire people to take action.
  • Strong public speaking and group presentations skills.
  • Preferred Education
  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, sales, communication, English, or public relations.
  • However, the ability to perform the role trumps the diploma.
