Description
Your job will be to assist in generating new business to fuel organizational success and to keep accurate and updated records on client profiles in Hubspot. You will consistently be responsible for outbound and inbound calls and putting together professional and accurate persona sales presentations. You are expected to be aware of marketplace trends and demands, client feedback, and to communicate this information to the team for perpetual improvement of marketing and organizational strategy.
You are responsible for database growth, lead generation and sales from resources such as internal databases and independent market research. You are expected to have internal communication with fellow team members and be well versed in organizational proficiencies, capabilities, and capacities. As part of the team, you will occasionally be responsible for working with senior account managers to support organizational growth, when necessary.
You are expected to keep all financial matters and product sources confidential. Our expectation is for this team to be comprised of highly motivated individuals who strive for personal and organizational success, and by joining you will become a member of Team Get Stuff Done. You will work closely with marketing. You will report directly to the president. In the first 30 days of employment, training will consist of learning company systems and software, products, and pricing.
Training will consist of shadowing various departments such as technical support, creative services, marketing, sales and installation to receive a wholistic understanding of the products and their processes that you will sell to customers.
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Experience in warm calling and generating new business leads
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data
