PRAXIS S-10 is a business learning provider that educates executives, business owners, and salespeople. Our students travel across the U.S. and Canada to our Waterside Lakewood Ranch location in Sarasota, FL for executive leadership development and HVAC sales training.

• Internalize our proven selling system.
• Teach our proprietary selling system to executives and salespeople.
• Collaborate with operations to identify clients’ challenges and develop training schedules.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and support to students.
• Use performance metrics to measure sales success.

• Two to eight years of sales experience.
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Self‑motivated with high discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect, motivate, and inspire audiences.
• Strong public speaking and group presentation skills.

• BA/BS in business, marketing, sales, communication, English, or public relations.
• A diploma is not required; experience matters more.
