Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? Bekins Commercial Installations (BCI) Worldwide is seeking a Business Development/Sales Representative to join our team!

BCI Worldwide specializes in providing comprehensive furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) services for the Hospitality and Gaming industries. From freight forwarding to final installation, we manage the entire life cycle of hotel pre‑opening and renovation projects, delivering value‑added services tailored to our customers’ needs.

The Business Development/Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of BCI Worldwide by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our full range of FF&E services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition:
    Identify and engage prospective clients in the Hospitality and Gaming industries.
  • Relationship Building:
    Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Service Promotion:
    Present BCI Worldwide’s services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and value.
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in FF&E or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
