Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable plumber to handle a variety of plumbing tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, a strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, providing high-quality service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for custom home remodels and new construction projects

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Rough-in and finish plumbing installations, including water supply, drainage, and venting systems

Work with PEX, copper, PVC, and other plumbing materials

Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes and industry standards

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently

Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

5+ years of plumbing experience (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).

Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.

Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering top-notch service..

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced plumbing technologies and systems.

Background in both residential and commercial plumbing.

Customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Experience with high-end custom homes and luxury plumbing fixtures

Gas line installation experience

Backflow certification (or willingness to obtain)
