Lead Electrician

• Read electrical plans and lead a 2‑person crew for all electrical rough‑in and trim tasks on custom residential electrical projects.
• Preferred experience installing and cabling Lutron lighting systems (no programming or turn‑up experience required).
• Perform new construction, residential installation, and service work.
• Speak professionally with customers, contractors, and co‑workers.

• Can read electrical plans.
• Plan new or modified installations to provide access for future maintenance.
• Connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
• Install control and distribution equipment such as switches, lighting, and circuit‑breaker panels.
• Plan electrical materials needed for subject jobs on behalf of the company.
• Direct and train an electrical helper to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.

• Outlet repair or replacement.
• GFCI receptacle installation.
• Circuit breaker repair or replacement.
• New wire and chandelier installation.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Panel change‑outs.
• Remodel and new construction work.
• Lighting installs.
• EV chargers.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of electrical experience (Journeyman Level Experience and education is preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record to drive company vehicle).
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Tools
  
  Required:
  
  Basic hand tools, driver, hammer drill required.
• Drug‑free workplace.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and interpret English.
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
• Ability to work alone or with a team.
• Safety conscience.
• Great communication skills.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit, moving or lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Keep parts and supplies in order.
• Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle.
