Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a subsidiary of IES Residential, is hiring New Construction Plumbers and Residential Plumbers. Opportunities include Phase Specialist, Sewer Crew, Rough-in Specialist, and Three-Phase Plumbers.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3‑year clean driving record
• Punctual, reliable, and self‑motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
• 3 years trade experience
• Computer literate
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid piece‑rate compensation structure
• Earn $20–$60 per fixture on straight time, depending on construction phase
• Earn $30–$90 per fixture on overtime, subject to legal overtime requirements for piece‑rate workers
• Company‑provided vehicle for work‑related use
