Commercial HVAC Service Technician

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining large-scale HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• Experience with large-scale equipment, including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units (RTUs) over 25 tons.
• Proficiency with Trane, Carrier, AAON, Leibert, Daikin/McQuay, and York systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and outside air units (OAUs).
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use diagnostic software.
• Strong work ethic, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness, coordination, and ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call hours as needed.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to mentor others.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
