Assistant Equipment Technician

Essential Duties

• Lubricate and service all course maintenance equipment.
• Inspects equipment for operating deficiencies.
• Repair and adjust equipment.
• Maintain repair records on all equipment.
• Train maintenance staff in proper equipment maintenance methods.
• Demonstrate use of new equipment
• Train personnel in proper use of equipment.
• Establish and maintain safety procedures for using equipment.
• Maintain safety records.
• Train operators in care of new equipment.
• Perform general overhaul and other preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Maintain blades of reel mowers.
• Maintain inventory of common equipment maintenance and repair parts.
• Perform emergency repair work out of shop.
• Undertake body and fender work, fabrication, welding, troubleshooting and repairs to hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Attending staff meetings.
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of club owned equipment when needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or management personnel.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
