Be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting hot/cold calls and services HVAC systems in acute care and non-acute care hospital settings;
Perform tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment;
Reliably maintain all equipment per HCA Healthcare Engineering standards to ensure the highest level of efficiency and to reduce business interruptions;
Assist facility management operations in other non-HVAC maintenance activities as assigned.
