$19 - $21 hourly

• Operate heavy machinery, including loaders, with precision and care to ensure project efficiency and safety.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to uphold operational standards and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress, challenges, and equipment needs.
• Assist in site preparation and cleanup, contributing to a well-organized and efficient worksite.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies to enhance your skills and performance on the job.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required:

• Pass a drug screen and a background check

• Must have Crusher experience

• 2 years of experience

Physical Requirements:

• Vision: Adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, give directions, and engage in other business interactions

• Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals

• Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying sizes with or without amplification

• Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of tools

• Carrying: Able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg

• Lifting: able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg

• Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel

• Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time, delivering information

• Walking: Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements
