The position will include client development, project management, technical leadership and staff mentoring in Upstate NY. Engagement in regional Northeast and national projects based on technical expertise is likely as well. Fieldwork and site visits from planning through construction may be required with occasional travel.

- A minimum of 20 years' experience in the wastewater field (including project management).
- Experience in successfully delivering projects by leveraging collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in planning and conducting sewer and storm sewer investigations, planning, permitting, design and construction management of wastewater and stormwater collection and conveyance systems.
- Experience with PACP condition assessment rating.
- Proficient in all MS Office based computer software.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting effectively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Self-starter with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A current PE license is required (NY preferred or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment).
- BS degree in environmental, agricultural, civil, mechanical, or chemical engineering (MS or ME preferred)
