Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. The ideal candidate will have prior travel experience and demonstrate proficiency in circulating C-sections and caring for newborns in the nursery. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for the care and stabilization of the neonate as well as providing support during labor and delivery processes.
Responsibilities

• Circulate C-sections and assist in labor and delivery.

• Provide initial stabilization and care for newborns in the nursery until transport.

• Monitor and assess fetal health and respond to any complications.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active NY Registered Nurse license.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with prior travel experience preferred.

• Experience in Labor and Delivery, specifically in circulating C-sections.

• Comfortable with initial stabilization and ongoing care of newborns.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.

• Fetal Monitoring certification within the past two years.
