Target Digital Network Analyst Senior Level (TS/SCI w/poly required to start)

Integrity Technology Consultants is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services.

We are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Target Digital Network Analyst.

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information.
• Apply principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
• Analyze DNI data for reportable intelligence information and build target profiles.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Perform sustained target analysis and enhancement using DNI and DNR analytic techniques.
• Identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements.
• Conduct research using open source and classified sources to develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
• Identify intelligence gaps and evaluate the intelligence gathered to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close gaps.

• TS/SCI clearance with CI or FS polygraph.
• GED/HS Diploma with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Master's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Doctorate Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis).
