Roles & Responsibilities:
Professionals in this mid‑level role manage essential infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and performance of data center services, physical and virtual server‑class systems and storage. They lead medium‑to‑large scale projects, design and implement system policies, conduct advanced troubleshooting, and are pivotal in direct recovery efforts during critical system failures. They also mentor Tier I/II staff members and work both independently and in larger teams to complete projects on time.

• Advanced expertise in VMware suite, CentOS and RHEL 7/8/9 system administration, and VDI (VMware Horizon, Citrix VDI). In-depth experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Centrify, Infoblox, Nagios, and Splunk. Automation scripts with Salt and Ansible for configuration management.
• Lead security vulnerability assessments and mitigation on Linux systems using Tenable Nessus.
• Experience with Linux provisioning tools such as Kickstart and Cobbler.
• Develop and implement robust security mitigation strategies for enterprise cyber framework.
• Enterprise‑level management of hyper‑converged infrastructure across multiple data centers.
• Usage of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Service Now or other workflow tools.

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• 5–9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent 2 years of experience).
• CompTIA Security+ CE (required).
• CompTIA Linux+ or equivalent certification (required by 6/30/2024).
• VMware Certified Professional, Red Hat Certified System Administrator or Red Hat Certified Engineer (a plus).
