Direct Reports: 10-20 Sales Associates and 2 Assistant Managers

Average hourly: $27-$30 (base pay: $22-$25 an hour base plus bonus incentives)

We have 10 locations and are planning the opening of our new location in Saratoga Springs. We are looking for a Store Manager to help lead a team of passionate, energetic people and build on our brand of positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle.

• Opening and developing the staff at a brand-new location
• Training, developing and managing your staff
• Driving business results and store performance
• Support strong sales performance and lead by example
• Building a culture that's fun, professional, and client focused
• Think of it as a course in running a business with support, guidance, and great vibes

• Lead daily operations and set the tone for a positive, energetic environment
• Coach and develop your team (because you're only as good as your glow squad)
• Drive membership sales and retail performance
• Manage scheduling, labor hours, inventory, and reporting
• Work closely with marketing, customer service and HR to support company initiatives and policies
• Plan and lead monthly store meetings
• Review and submit semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Oversee all store operations including maintenance and cleanliness
• Ensure every guest leaves glowing - inside and out
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 years of previous experience in sales, management, and customer service

• High school diploma/GED
• 2+ yrs retail sales experience
• 1+ year of management experience required
• Must be flexible and available to work 40 hours per week
