• Provide exceptional service by assisting clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Support with policy updates, billing questions, and account maintenance
• Foster customer retention through proactive outreach and follow-ups
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions when appropriate
• Collaborate with agency team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and policies

• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Sales-minded approach with a desire to grow and advance professionally
• Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license (we’ll provide support!)
