What you will do:- Define and develop the architecture for ARM-based SoC solutions targeting applications in 5G and IoT
- Collaborate with system architects, hardware, and software teams to define requirements and specifications
- Lead the design and integration of IP blocks, including CPUs, memory controllers, and peripherals
- Ensure the SoC architecture meets performance, power, and area targets
- Perform feasibility analysis, trade-off studies, and simulations to optimize architecture
- Work with verification teams to ensure functionality and performance of the design
- Stay updated with advancements in ARM architecture and semiconductor design
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of SoC design experience focusing on ARM architecture
- Deep understanding of ARM architecture and AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB)
- Experience with SoC design tools and methodologies
- Proven record in complex SoC solution design and implementation
- Fluency in HDL (Verilog/VHDL) and programming in C/Python
- Knowledge of System
C and System Verilog is advantageous - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience with low-power design techniques
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (PCIe, USB, Ethernet)
- Familiarity with system-level design and simulation tools
- Experience in firmware/software development for ARM systems
- Understanding of security and encryption for SoC designs
This is a full-time, exempt role based in Saratoga. The annual salary range is $150,000 - $220,000, with total compensation depending on experience and skills.
We are redefining satellite design, manufacturing, and usage—seeking candidates with passion and experience in LEO satellite components and in-orbit activities.
