Silicon Valley (Saratoga, CA) Full Time Contract

• Innovative problem solver who believes in and leans heavily on AI to solve QA related problems
• Track record of using AI to optimize QA/testing in fast-paced, startup environment
• 7+ years in full-stack QA experience with a history of well-tested products
• Capable of managing QA teams across US and India time zones
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and tools like Selenium
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field

• Knowledge of ML, AI, LLMs a plus

• We are seeking an exceptional Lead QA Engineer with leadership flair to join our founding team and play a pivotal hands-on role in shaping the current and future capabilities of our product.
• Work closely with the co-founders and be responsible for building core components, leading and expanding the QA team, and elevating our product to the next level.
• Will own the design, creation, and implementation of the company’s overall QA strategy.
• Help hire and lead a team of QA automation engineers and manual QA testers to guarantee that a high quality product is delivered to our users.
