• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess insurance and financial needs
• Educate clients on solutions such as life insurance, retirement planning, investment products, and risk management strategies
• Support clients with onboarding, policy servicing, and updates as their needs evolve
• Stay current on product offerings, market trends, and compliance requirements
• Work closely with internal team members to provide a seamless client experience

• 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach
• Ability to balance both service requests and business development tasks
• Financial planning or investment experience a plus
• Licensed in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty (or willingness to obtain)
