In this hybrid sales and service role, you’ll be the trusted advisor clients turn to for guidance and support, while also identifying opportunities to provide personalized insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and care
- Educate clients on available insurance products and services
- Support policy applications, renewals, and updates
- Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell relevant coverage
- Keep accurate records and follow up consistently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, solution‑focused mindset with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or sales (insurance preferred but not required)
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (support available if not already licensed)
