What You’ll Do- Serve as a trusted resource for new and existing clients
- Answer policy-related questions and provide accurate, timely support
- Assist with billing inquiries, policy changes, and claims follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional coverage options
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals and drive results
- Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable demeanor
- A sales-driven mindset with the desire to exceed goals
- Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (support provided!)
