Description:
This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Acrylic Bath Sales Representative based in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will consult with potential customers, understand their remodeling needs, present product options, and create tailored solutions for their acrylic bath upgrades. You will manage client relationships, provide clear communication about project timelines, and ensure excellent customer experiences from consultation through project completion.
Collaboration with design and installation teams will also be part of your daily responsibilities to ensure projects align with customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with potential customers to understand remodeling needs.
- Present product options and create tailored solutions for acrylic bath upgrades.
- Manage client relationships and communicate project timelines clearly.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences from consultation through completion.
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to align projects with customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to clearly present solutions and address customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of home remodeling, particularly in acrylic bath systems, and the ability to provide appropriate recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in sales, remodeling, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and scheduling purposes.
- Self‑motivated and driven to achieve sales goals in a professional setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, design, or construction is a plus.
- 3+ years of in‑home sales is a huge plus.
- Must hold a H.I.S. License or be able to obtain one.
